Hi homeowners,

I’m Frank Ashmont the president of ADF Remodeling Inc. I started the company in 1999 and we incorporated in 2000. Although we have only been in business for about ten years, our lead carpenter Bob Wing, and myself have been full time remodeling carpenters for Our entire adult lives, more than 30 years. Over the years, I, like most career carpenters, have worked for several different contractors. A few were outstanding, some were very good salesmen but lacked the skills and forethought to manage the job to go smoothly. And a couple were the kind we’ve all heard horror stories about.

I decided early on to concentrate on the quality conscious consumer more so than the price conscious consumer. There are a lot of remodelers out there that will do a fair job at a lower price than ours. But our customers know that they will always get top notch craftsmanship when Frank and Bob are on the job. We love our job for a lot of reasons. One is there’s never a dull moment. I found out long ago that when you start to think you’ve seen everything, think again.

We see a lot of different homes and our customers look to us for guidance on how it is usually done. Our sales rep. Jill is our authority on the newest trends in home fashion décor. Her background in real estate gives us input on whether or not you can expect the amount of equity you desire from your project. A large percentage of the time there is only one proper way to do a job. But whenever we get the chance to get creative we jump on it.  We get a lot of satisfaction from seeing our ideas come to life.

With proper planning and certain considerations put in place, a major remodeling job doesn’t have to turn your life upside-down.

Here at ADF Remodeling we realize the inconveniences of home improvement and take steps to minimize them. Things like floor protection and temporary dust barriers to separate you from the work area. When having your kitchen remodeled we suggest we set up a temporary sink area with a microwave or hot plate, even if you are planning to eat out during construction. If you only have one bathroom, we can put up a temporary shower curtain and make sure the new tub is installed in one day, so you have a functional shower every evening.

We go the extra mile and strive every day to bring you "uninterrupted everyday living."

I truly mean it when I say that if my customers aren’t happy I’m not happy.  I know my customers are my livelihood, and most become good friends.
